Identify the right talent and recognize them. Listen to every individual’s feedback and implement the new process for the better organizational efficiency.
My career in productive management started while working in a printing facility during summer breaks from college. (Many years ago) After receiving my business degree with a major in Productive Management – I started my road with manufacturing. I have worked in printing, plastics, room air conditions, marble and automotive with positions in scheduling, purchasing, advertising, inventory control and supply chain.
This statement is made and most times it is just a cliché, however MES has been able to capture this family feeling when we were small and continue the family culture as we have grown. I think it starts with Hiten and Heena, and the genuine care they have for all of us. We celebrate together; holidays, birthdays, have a company dog, we laugh, cry, argue and love each other. Truly like a family!
The part to be able to interact with all the people located globally in the company, be able to actively participate in leading all the Mexico operations and growth.
Scale up the resources and the entire team to meet out the global customer’s expectations. System driven operational model
Each day is a new puzzle – working with available machines and labor. I enjoy working with the Metrics Works team to find solutions to “the puzzle” so that we can provide the parts needed to our customers.
It’s a family oriented company where you are able to speak with the owners and be able to express your point of view. The values of the companies are defined and respect and learning from failures are two of them
Organization has given an opportunity to prove my strength on each operational functionality; So It become easy for me to perform and deliver the best.
I was approached by a recruiter, they connected me to MES because they thought I would be a great candidate for this role. When I got the notification about the interview opportunity, I was excited. I have always wanted to work for a global company which is in a path of growth and play animportant role in this growth.
The employees at Metrics Works are very supportive of one another – we aren’t afraid to jump in and “get dirty” to get a job complete. As needed in a lean company, most everyone is flexible and handles items that may not necessarily fall into the current job responsibilities.
